Mid-Winter Break 2010

Since we didn't plan a vacation this year for Mid-Winter break I really wanted to do some fun activities with the boys. Kailee joined us for three days this week too! It was just like old times;) We met some friends at a great bounce house in Issaquah. It was very clean and had two rooms with various kinds of bounce houses.

We also went to the Woodland Park Zoo. It was a gorgeous day!

Chandra, Graison and baby Ava joined us here as well. After lunch we treated the kids to popsicles and they enjoyed them while watching the penguins.

We also went and saw the nocturnal house for the last time. Sadly, they are closing down this exhibit permanently because of funding and the fact that it is really old and costs a lot of money to operate. This was one of my favorite zoo exhibits as a child and I am really sad to see it go:( Plus it was a great indoor exhibit on cold winter days!
