Gramps and Bryson
Arrghh! J had fun pretending to be a pirate on his pirate ship!
Then he went past the dock and started floating downstream and so Todd jumped in and rescued pirate J.
B really wanted to hold the fish!
Grandma Annette, Robroy (a dog she watches), J and Gramps
Sunday was another beautiful day, perfect for playing in the water or staining decks!
Mighty raising the roof!
Todd and Gramps working hard staining the decks. . .
. . . they later realized that this stain was NOT to be used on flat surfaces and is a pain to remove. It seems ok for now, so we will see.A little relaxation time in the late afternoon with the boys.
I love these pics with Todd and each of the boys:)
After J got up, Bryson went over and sat next to Daddy.
We also worked on a little lake house potty training. "Will pee for candy!" is Bryson's motto!

The next day (Monday) Todd started to feel sick, but still took the boys to a Mariner's game in the evening. The next day he felt really sick with a fever and chills. We finally took him to the Doctor on Thursday and found out that he had a serious case on pneumonia. Poor guy:( He was given an antibiotic shot, prescription for a strong antibiotic and sent home to rest. We decided to still head out to the lake for Memorial Day weekend and left on Friday after Jaden got out of school. J and B took a nap on the way there.
The boys had fun watching a movie that evening all cuddled up together:)
Unfortunately, Todd's pneumonia took a turn for the worse and his fever came back so I drove him to a hospital in Olympia in the middle of the night (Annette stayed back with the boys). The Doctor was pretty sure that the antibiotics weren't working well for him, so they gave him a nebulizer treatment, an inhaler and a new prescription for a stronger antibiotic.
