April fun!

I just wanted to post a few pictures of some more activities that we did in April. After picking Jaden up from preschool on one of his 1/2 days we went to the YMCA and had lunch and played at kids gym. Our neighbors also met us there, and the kids had a ton of fun!

We also went to the lake house to start getting it ready for the summer. We kept busy by weeding, pruning, raking (even the boys helped out) and Todd stained the dock, pressure washed everything, and cleaned off the roof. We stayed until Monday and it turned out to be a beautiful day that we spent the morning relaxing by the water, and took the paddle boat out in search of frogs and fish. The water was so still it looked like glass, since no one besides us were on the lake.

We recently got a membership to the Museum of Flight, and have visited twice in the last month. Here are the boys pretending to fly a plane in the kids play area.

Then we went to check out a big airplane, the boys chose seats together and watched a little bit of a movie that was playing.

Our friends joined us and here are the boys (Brody, Bryson, Jackson and Jaden up ahead) running over the bridge to go check out some the Air Park planes (an old Air Force 1 and a Concord).

We showed up a few minutes before the Air Park actually opened which was a great time to have a snack and take a few pictures;)

It was a gorgeous day and afterwards we went home and enjoyed the sun on our deck. Here is Jaden standing in front of our neighbors beautiful magnolia tree.
